We have a large range of customers working in different areas with diversified needs such as oil prospecting, foodstuff, import and export, logistics, magnetic tagging and electronic surveillance, equipments in general, port services just to mention a few.
Payments
What are the payment procedures? Payment must be carried out by means of Wire Transfer to a bank indicated by us (transfer details will furnished when closing the order).
Delivery
time
What is the time required for a translation to be delivered?
Our services are generally carried out by one translator only
and one reviser after the job has been completed. Therefore, even
the smallest jobs require at least two days since they are submitted
to a pre-established routine sequence for safety purposes. For
large projects we can guarantee 20,000 words per week if this
is needed and discussed with us at least five days before the
job is taken on so that the translators may work as a team. Shorter
times are possible, mainly for regular customers who inform translation
volumes required beforehand and forward their translations in
a continuous flow. A typical request is for the creation of translated
documents from an original hard copy, including graphs and maintenance
of the original format. Though there will inevitably be small
differences when compared to the original document we deliver
manuals, leaflets and documents of all sorts, with quality translations
suitable for your products and services.
Rush
Translation
Remember that the more time put into a translation job the better
the end product and for such we give our translators ample time
for reading and comprehension of the subject and for research
of the terminologies suitable for the translation. We also give
them the time to review their own work before handing it over
to the reviser for final checking. Unexpected contingencies are
also taken into account and extra time is given so that your translation
is handed in before your deadline. So, please keep in mind that
rush translations should be avoided, whenever possible.
